Kaci Krupko

Kaci serves as a practice leader in the Warehousing & Distribution practice at GESG. Known for her outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, she focuses on attracting top talent for C-suite, VP, and Director level roles. Kaci is a firm believer that when the right match is made, everyone wins and she invests the time to thoroughly understand each client’s unique needs, enabling her to confidently place the right candidates.

Before joining GESG, Kaci spent nine years as an Account Executive with Enterprise Fleet Management. In this role, she gained invaluable experience in fostering long-term client relationships, streamlining communication, and developing financial plans for large corporations, primarily working with C-suite clients. Kaci thrives on challenges and sets high standards for both her clients and herself.

A former collegiate volleyball player at Urbana University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Communication. In her free time, Kaci enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, as well as coaching volleyball and golfing with her husband.
