Connor is a Practice Leader for GESG, the largest search firm in the US specializing in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain. He specializes in Intermodal, Drayage, Port Logistics & Bulk Transportation. Connor is a relationship-first recruiter who combines deep candidate evaluation with a consultative approach to provide the most effective results. His strength lies in identifying what makes each candidate and organization unique and then orchestrating searches that align talent, timing, and culture.

Beyond recruiting, Connor transitioned from competing internationally in esports, to coaching collegiate esports at Baldwin Wallace University and esports programs for the U.S. Air Force and Space Force. His esports experience has sharpened his instincts for talent evaluation, team construction, and performance under pressure.
