Mike Knox

Mike is the Sr. Managing Partner for the firm and oversees the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management practices. Prior to joining the organization Mike had over ten years of experience in the transportation & logistics industry, having held key management positions of increasing responsibility in sales and operations. Mike also operated a successful consulting firm for three years, providing strategic guidance on talent management.

Mike has personally worked with over 700 organizations globally. He has been recognized both domestically and internationally with over 70 awards and was recognized as the number one executive recruiter out of over 3000 search professionals globally in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.

As Managing Partner and Board Advisor to multiple organizations, Mike’s personal work consists of executive search, organizational strategy, and executive leadership and equity investment advisory.
