MaryPat is a Search Support Manager for GESG. She directs inbound telephone traffic, schedules appointments, provides information to callers, prepares candidate presentations, performs market research, and backs up other administrative functions.
Her extensive sales, customer service and management experience in the retail industry has enabled her to develop and maintain strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. In her logistics and transportation role for a major national retailer, she managed dock operations, controlled inventory levels and maintained relations with carriers and vendors.
MaryPat plays an active role in our search and recruitment process by responding to candidate inquiries and posting job orders. She also conducts research on web-based resources for useful business information to help our clients, candidates and associates. Having worked as a recruiter in our Firm, MaryPat is passionate and thorough in her tasks – to both help top talent enhance their careers and ensuring that we exceed our clients’ expectations and requirements.
