Mackenzie is a Project Manager within the teams at Global Executive Solution Group. She is focused on talent acquisition at the C-level, VP, Director, Manager, and Individual Contributor levels. Focused on creating long-term relationships in the Warehouse & Distribution industry and attract top talent through dedicated search. Dedicated in assisting industry professionals and companies to connect and achieve individual and collective goals.

Mackenzie is a firm believer in effective and open communication to ensure relationships are maintained throughout the process. She is a strategic, forward-thinking individual when facilitating clear solutions for both candidates and clients. Her other strengths include leading with empathy, passion, and a hard work ethic to build long-lasting relationships while placing top-talent.

Prior to joining the Global Executive Solution Group, Mackenzie gained experience in valuable relationship building through the service, retail, and sales industry. Mackenzie graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles. In her free time, she enjoys the sunshine, reading, yoga, and rooting for the Wildcats.
