Jack Smith

Jack is a Practice Leader in the Intermodal, Drayage, and Port Logistics practice at Global Executive Solutions Group. He is known for his strong communication skills, ability to build lasting relationships, and genuine commitment to understanding both client and candidate needs. Jack takes a consultative approach to each search, focusing on long-term fit and value for the organizations and individuals he serves.

Before joining GESG, Jack worked in the hospitality industry while earning his degree. This experience strengthened his work ethic and refined his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. It also helped shape the disciplined, service-driven mindset he brings to recruiting today.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of Akron. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.
