Jack Fecko

Jack Fecko is a Practice Leader within the Truckload, Dedicated, LTL, and Private Fleet practice. His exceptional work ethic, ability to cultivate strong, authentic relationships, and commitment to leading with transparency and integrity enable him to consistently earn trust and match clients with top-tier talent. His search work consists of six-figure-plus positions spanning all functions within an asset-based trucking environment.

Before joining GESG, Jack spent four years as a technical recruiter. In this role, he built a strong capability for sourcing niche, hard-to-find talent and deepened his expertise in meaningful candidate engagement. Known for his competitive spirit and problem-solving mindset, Jack thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces challenges head-on. He believes hard work and continuous learning are fundamental to delivering long-term success for his clients and candidates.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, where he majored in Business Management. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family and friends, play sports and walk his dog.
