Danka West

Danka is a Project Director at GESG, specializing in strategic research within the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries, where she identifies top-tier candidates and potential clients to drive targeted outreach efforts using our tech stack. In addition to research and outreach responsibilities, she leads the Project Management team—a department she’s played a key role in building and scaling — ensuring seamless execution across initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Over her decade (and counting) with GESG, Danka has continuously learned about each industry and role. Her willingness to ask questions and learn from experts supports her growing expertise, and clients and colleagues alike appreciate her reliability and her proactive approach to every project. Born in Croatia, Danka is bilingual in English and Serbo-Croatian.
