Brennan Malgalski

Brennan is a practice leader in Freight Brokerage with Global Executive Solutions Group. He is a strong relationship builder and specializes in finding and securing top talent at the C-Level, VP, Manager and Director level roles. Brennan focuses on getting to know each of his clients as people first, and then works to find the best possible opportunity that aligns specifically with their needs.

Prior to joining GESG, Brennan spent 5 years working as a sales executive for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers. This experience gave him the opportunity to interact with the C-suite at a high level, and help businesses solve issues with employee retention, recruitment, and revenue generation. Brennan holds himself to a very high standard, and he takes pride in the consistent level of service he provides to both clients and candidates.

Brennan is a graduate of Ohio State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family.
