Prior to his career in executive recruiting, Alex worked for over three years as a Strategic Consultant, where he set company records for the highest number of assets procured in a single order. He played a crucial role in managing a fleet of over 1,500 assets across the U.S. and Canada, handling procurement, freight management, supplier relations, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Alex holds a degree from John Carroll University, where he double-majored in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. His academic and professional background has equipped him with a thorough understanding of logistics, operations, and market dynamics, contributing significantly to his success in recruitment. Notably, during his time at university, Alex demonstrated his competitive spirit by securing multiple intramural championships.
